Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) is the Russian geo-satellite operator with a global coverage. Currently, the RSCC fleet includes 12 spacecraft in geo-stationary orbit, located from 14° W to 145° E and covering the territories of Russia and the CIS countries, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin and South America, Asia, and Australia. The company provides a package of up-to-date communication and broadcasting services rendered by means of ground technical facilities and Russian orbital constellation.
The RSCC satellite constellation includes multi-functional spacecraft encompassing Express-AM, Express-AMU, Express-A series, as well as DTH satellites Express-AT. The harmonious combination of various orbital positions, frequency bands, fixed and narrow beams with cross-strapping options, vertical applications and geographic areas as well as a network of regional partners and teleports gives RSCC the unique opportunity to provide communications and broadcasting services to almost any corner of the globe.
RSCC provides full range of communications and broadcasting services via its own terrestrial telecom facilities and satellite constellation which consists of modern Express-AM, Express-AT and the Express-A type satellites. Today RSCC is present in all geographic markets providing services to customers in 55 countries worldwide.
The company provides video distribution and contribution, DTH, DSNG, broadband internet access, IP trunking and cellular backhaul, maritime mobility, inflight connectivity, SCADA, enterprise networks connectivity and others. RSCC offers leasing of satellite segment capacity, technical facilities of ground stations and its terrestrial fibre-optic digital networks to various regional satellite television distribution networks and corporate VSAT networks for fixed and mobility customers.
